  • The item must be returned with its original tags and packaging.

  • Items on sale or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged.

3. Refund Process
  • Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • If the returned item does not meet the return criteria (e.g., worn or washed), we reserve the right to refuse the return or refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • We will gladly exchange the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping fees.

5. Exchanges
  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
